Join us for the Christmas Tree (with stand) workshop offered by Jan McAllister, owner and artist of Shards & Light. You’ll have everything you need to create a beautiful Christmas glass tree decoration for the holidays. With included materials such as fusing glass and various decorating options, you can let your creativity shine. Let’s make this holiday season extra special! included- 1 piece of clear green fusing glass approximately 10" tall frit, globs, stringers, and vitrograph to decorate your tree Wooden stand that measures 3 1/2" x 2 7/8" high, coated in white primer and ready for you to decorate with acrylic paint during class. You will learn about the glass (such as globs & stringers) that will be used for decorating your tree. * Projects to be fired off site, and available for pick up 1 week from date of class. * a waiver will be provided to be signed by each student prior to class. ***ONLY closed toe shoes permitted during class *** Instructor: Jan McAllister, stained glass and fused glass artist for 20+ years. During that time, she has displayed and sold artwork at many invitational, and juried art shows, and has completed many glass classes/courses and workshops.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend class, please contact Designs by Dieter 3 days prior to class for a full refund, otherwise your fees will be forfeited. Jan/Shards & Light reserves the right to cancel due to lack of enrollment, (minimum of three students), inclement weather, or unforeseeable circumstances. If a class is cancelled by either the instructor or Designs by Dieter, you will be given the option to enroll in a future class or receive a full refund.
